Jerry was the ultimate in responsiveness–he always got right back to us to answer our questions. He also listened to us and didn’t dictate what the asking price should be. Here’s how Jerry got us more than we expected for our house:

3. Incredible professional listing photos that showed our house to the best advantage–he made it look better online than we thought it looked in real life!
4. Multi faceted marketing, so that several people were vying for our house–right when it hit the market.
5. Through his experienced negotiations we got top dollar and more than asking price.
In addition when we found the house we wanted, he jumped right on it, then helped us get it by maximizing our advantages to the seller in the middle of a bidding war for a very desirable house. So I guess all in all, I kind of think he’s an OK realtor….NOT! he’s a great realtor!
