Jerry guided us all the way through our sale, from updates that were necessary and the ones that weren’t. With his help during the preparations Mom’s house sold in just two days. Jerry and his staff were on top of everything and the process was as painless as can be hoped. I always recommend Jerry  to anyone who mentions buying or selling a house. You are unlikely to find anyone else as honest and compassionate in the industry.

My husband and I worked with Jerry to buy our first home together as a couple. We loved our experience with Jerry. He made us feel like we were his only client and was always responsive and honest with us throughout the process. I never once felt like he was pressuring either of us to make a  decision that wasn’t right for us — case in point, after his thoughtful analysis on the current value of our townhome, he agreed that we should rent it out for now and wait to sell. A close family member of mine referred me to Jerry Moscowitz. I was a new home buyer and very nervous about the process, I didn’t know what to do or where to start. Jerry was helpful in getting my home ready for the market. He identified the list of things that had the best chance of return on investment vs those things that weren’t worth the effort. He also had a list of companies for repairs/jobs that he’s worked with in the past and has had success in the  quality and value of the work they provided. He provided effective guidance in a multiple offer scenario. I believe I came out of it with the best possible outcome. Throughout the whole process, Jerry responded back to me very quickly whenever I contacted him. I would definitely recommend him. I certainly will be contacting him for any future real estate needs.

Jerry was the ultimate in responsiveness–he always got right back to us to answer our questions. He also listened to us and didn’t dictate what the asking price should be. Here’s how Jerry got us more than we expected for our house:

4. Multi faceted marketing, so that several people were vying for our house–right when it hit the market.

5. Through his experienced negotiations we got top dollar and more than asking price.

In addition when we found the house we wanted, he jumped right on it, then helped us get it by maximizing our advantages to the seller in the middle of a bidding war for a very desirable house. So I guess all in all, I kind of think he’s an OK realtor….NOT! he’s a great realtor!

Jerry is such a hard worker. He’s always there to answer questions any time of the day. I really opened up to Jerry on what I wanted in a house and we found it. I’m now living in my first house and couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Jerry to any of my friends that are house shopping, he’s the best!

Jerry is great to work with.. He gets to know you so that he can find the right home for you. He was always reachable to when I had questions and helped guide me through my first home purchase. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home. He also noticed details that I missed when we looked at homes but I think that comes with his many years of experience. I wouldn’t have picked anyone else to help me with this whole process!
