I never once felt like he was pressuring either of us to make a decision that wasn’t right for us — case in point, after his thoughtful analysis on the current value of our townhome, he agreed that we should rent it out for now and wait to sell. I can imagine another realtor who only cared about his/her commission would push us to sell it. Jerry is honest, straightforward and a lot of fun to work with.
