I love all the extra detail options (tax bracket, percent fees, monthly increases, and property values and rent/rate rations per geographic area). They made it super-thorough. 

If they had an input for income (ie. subletting rooms or garage), that would take it to the next level. But I guess calculations like those aren&#039;t the purpose of that tool.</description>
